HomeMy WebLinkAbout1961-12-12L �J KURD OF APPEALS HEARINGS Dicemb or 12, 1961 A regular meeting of the Lexington Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, December 12, 1961. Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Emery, Ripley, Ballard and Norris. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions Eugene F. Delfino - to extend roof overhang at 75 Reed St. which would result In an side yard. Johnstone Fitz erald - to subdivide land at 210 Grove St. into two lis, one of which as two structures on it. Jane Ann and R. W. Parisian - to add an attached breezeway and garage toter dwelling at 49 Colony Rd. which would result in a side yard of 6 ft. instead of the required 10 ft. Myer _Berman - to erect a double faced, interior illuminated sign 6 ft. x 5 . on top of existing canopy at 55 Mass. Ave. Craft Cleansers Inc. - to replace existing chimney and add a section to the second.floor at 1707 Mass. Ave. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during which the following decisions were reached: Eugene F. Delfino - granted Johnstone Fitzgerald - granted Jane Ann and R. W. Parisian - granted Myer Berman - denied Craft Cleansers, Inc. - granted All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file in each individual folder, Ruth C. Brodhead, Clerk 349.
