BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
July 25, 1961
The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, July 25, 1961. Present were
Chairman Nickerson, regular members Ballard, Abbott and Hoyt, and asso-
ciate member Tucker. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the
following petitions:
Ralph B. and Margaret V. Maloney - to construct a single family
dwelling on lot 100, which fronts on a way sometimes called Osgood Dr.
which does not constitute a street as defined under Sec. 2(g) of said
Zoning By-law.
Dr. William O. Way - to replace existing porch into an all-
season room with another room above it at dwelling at 36 Percy Rd.
Roger L. Bull - to construct a carport adjacent to existing
house at 7 Trotting Horse Drive which would result in an insufficient
side yard.
Mahoney & DeVincent Builders Inc. - to subdivide lot 193 at
450 Woburn St. and attach 27,365 sq.ft. to lot 32 Marshall Rd., main-
taining 31,230 sq.ft. as lot 193.
Lexington Council #94 Knights of Columbus - to use property
at 177 Bedford St. as a home for their organization.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur-
ing which the following decisions were reached.
Ralph B. and Margaret V. Maloney - granted
Dr. William 0. Way - granted
Roger L Bull - granted
Mahoney & DeVincent Builders, Inc. - granted
Lexington Council #94, Knights of Columbus - granted
All pertinent material in regard to the above petitions is on
file in each individual folder.
