IJuly 18, 1961
The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's
Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday.. July 18, 1961. Present were
Chairman Nickerson, regular members Emery, Ripley and Ballard, and asso-
ciate member Norris. At,3- 30 p.m. hearings were declared'open upon the
following petitions:
Bernard C. Maloney'- to erect single family dwelling on Dexter
Rd., lots a .
Hunt Estates - to install a fire escape at rear of 1768 Mass.
Ave. in lieu �o sec—ond interior stairway.
Lexington Upholstery Co. - to operate an upholstering shop at
9A Muzzey St.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur-
ing which the following decisions were reached
Bernard C. Maloney- granted
Hunt Estates - granted
Lexington Upholstery Co. - granted
