HomeMy WebLinkAbout1961-05-23 32: BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS May 23, 1961 The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, May 23, 19611 Present were Chairman Nickerson, regular members Ballard and Redmond, and associate members Duffy and Abbott. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: Gulf Oil Corp. - to maintain standing sign located at Rowe Jackson, 39 Bedford St. Henry E. Zieman - to construct an addition to a non-conforming house at 1b7 Blossom St. which would have insufficient side yard. Otis S. Brown, Jr. - to build an addition to existing dwelling at 11 Diana Lane which would not have sufficient side yard. Beatrice V. Lewis - to build two additions to a non-conforming dwelling at 15 Woodland Rd. which would not have sufficient side yard or setback. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- ing which the following decisions were made: Gulf Oil Corp -rgranted Henry E. Zieman - granted Otis S. Brown, Jr. - granted Beatrice V.
