HomeMy WebLinkAbout1961-04-11 31.9 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS April 11, 1961 The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, April 11, 1961. Present were Chairman Nickerson, and regular members Ballard, Emery, Ripley and Red- man. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following peti- tions John J. Elden - to erect a one-story addition, 16 ft. x 33 ft. to non-conforming dwelling at 330 Concord Ave. which addition would have insufficient setback. Vincent McCarthy - to erect a single family dwelling on lots 92 and 93, corner of Brandon St. and Norton Rd. which would not have sufficient setback on abutting street. Benjamin M. Forbes - to subdivide lot 2 at 17 Crescent Hill Ave. which has a non-conforming structure on it, transferring 2-1/2 ft. from lot 2 to Lot 1, neither of which lots will have sufficient front- age or area. Dr. Patricia Neely Wold - to practice psychiatry, for a period not to exceed three hours each day, in a residence to be constructed on lot 333 Fairbanks Rd. Kathryn F. Thorson - to erect a greenhouse, 12 ft. x 20 ft. at 19 Robinson fid. Joan P. and Charles G. Crothers - to make an enclosure con- necting existing garage and house at ly Woodcliffe Rd. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during which the following decisions were reached: John J. Elden - granted Vincent McCarthy - granted Benjamin M. Forbes -granted Dr. Patricia Neely Wold - granted Kathryn F. Thorson - granted Joan P. and Charles G.
