March 111, 1961
The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen's
Room, Tann Office Building, on Tuesday, March 111, 1961. Present were
Chairman Nickerson, regular members Ripley, Emery, Redman, and asso-
ciate member Ballard. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open upon
the following petitions:
C. H. MoGee - to erect an addition to existing building at 311
Marrettould have insufficient side and rear yard and in-
sufficient parking area.
Homeland Realty, Inc.- to maintain free-standing sign at 1105
Waltham St.
Ernest E. Outhet - to subdivide parcel of land at 25 Ivan St.
(lots 330 S_Vo wo lots, one of which has two existing struc-
tures on it and neither of which would have the required area and front-
age.
Roslind E. Babcock - to maintain dwelling at 25 Fottler Ave.
with insufficient se c .
' At the close;nf the hearings an Executive Session was held
during which the following decisions were reached:
C. H. McGee - denied
Homeland Realty, Inc. - denied
Ernest E. Outhet - granted
Roslind E. Babcock - granted.
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is
on file in each individual folder.
