BO&RD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
February 28, 1961
The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Selectmen'
Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, February 28, 1961. Present
were Chairman Nickerson and regular members Ripley, Emery, Redman and
Ballard. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following
petitions:
Louis Q. Bianchi - to create an apartment in basement of
dwelling at 23 Tufts 10.
Bernard A. Lange
d.e - tit create an apartment in basement of dwell-
ing ing at 23 Tufts Rd.
Ralph J. White - to maintain a garage at 81 Woburn St. with
insufficient side yard.
John H. Millican - to remove present retail building and tem-
porary shelter and rep ce with a permanent structure, approximately
75 ft. x 100 ft. at 93 Hancock Street.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held
during which the following decisions were reached:
Louis V. Bianchi - denied
Bernard A. Lange - denied
Ralph J. White - denied
John H. Millican - denied
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is
on file in each individual folder.
