HomeMy WebLinkAbout1961-01-17 309 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS January 17, 1961 The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting in the Select- men's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, January 17, 1961. Present were Chairman Nickerson, and regular members Ripley, Ballard, Redman and Emery. At 7 30 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following petitions: Roslind E. Babcock - to maintain dwelling at 25 Pottier Ave with insufficient setback. Itek Corporation - to erect free standing directional sign on right side of Hartwell Ave., heading west at the intersection of Hart- well Ave. and Maguire Rd. Raytheon Co. - to erect free standing directional sign on right side of Hartwell Ave. heading west at the intersection of Hartwell Ave. and Maguire Rd. Raytheon Co. - to erect a sign 30 ft. x b ft. approximately 350 ft. from the center line of Spring St. and 200 ft. from Route 2. George D. Lemmler - to erect dwelling on Lot #13, Moreland Ave. which would have insufficient side yard. Donald L. Cruwys - to erect single family dwelling on Lot D, Pine Knoll Rd. which would have insufficient frontage. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- ing which the following conclusions were reached. Roslind E. Babcock - granted Itek Corp . granted Raytheon Co. - granted Raytheon Co. - granted George D Lawler - granted Donald L.
