The Board of Appeals held public hearings on Tuesday, December 20,
1960 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hear-
ings were declared open on the following petitions:
Mrs. Eduard Karpinski�ski - to erect a garage at 24 Wyman Rd. which
would havelusufr1clent side yard.
William J. Condinho - to subdivide parcel of land at 610 Waltham
St. into 0 os, owe o which has an existing structure on it. Pro-
posed lot facing on Steadman Rd. would not have required frontage or
area.
Dr. and Mrs. Antonil Bacigalupo_ to erect single family dwelling
on Lot C., Utiba SE. w i ob wouldnotsufficient frontage.
McArdle & Mottla Inc. - to erect addition to building at 62 Massa-
chusettsove�FU3 not: have'suffi.cient rear yard or required area
for parking.
Russell S. Daven�Ort - to alter a temporary shelter to a permanent
greenhonse�ti' . x 4V rt. at 482 Bedford St.
Russell S. Davenport - to maintain standing sign, twelve sq. ft. in
area, at 40? nearord .St.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during
which the following decisions were reached:

William J. Condinho - granted
Mr. and Mrs. Antonio Bacigalupe - granted
McArdle & Mottla, Inc. - granted
Russell S. Davenport - granted
Russell S. Davenport - granted
