BOARD OF APPFAT S HEARINGS
December 20, 1960
The Board of Appeals held public hearings on Tuesday, December 20,
1960 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hear-
ings were declared open on the following petitions:
Mrs. Edward Karpinski - to erect a garage at 24 Wyman Rd. which
would have inaurrictent side yard.
William J. Condinho - to subdivide parcel of land at 610 Waltham
St. into two lots, one or which has an existing structure on it. Pro-
posed lot facing an Steadman Rd. would not have required frontage or
area.
Dr. and Mrs. Antonil Bacigalupo - to erect single family duelling
on Lot O, Utica St. which would not have sufficient frontage.
McArdle & Mottlat Inc. - to erect addition to building at 62 Massa-
chusetts Ave. which would not have sufficient rear yard or required area
for parking.
Russell S. Davenport - to alter a temporary shelter to a permanent
greenhouse, bO rt. x 40 ft. at 482 Bedford St.
Russell S. Davenport - to maintain standing sign, twelve sq. ft. in
area, at 4o2 Bedrord St.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Seas ion was held during
which the following decisions were reached:
Mrs. Edward Karpinaki - granted
William J. Condinho - granted
Mr. and Mrs. Antonio Bacigalupe - granted
McArdle & Mottle, Inc. - granted
Russell S. Davenport - granted
Russell S. Davenport - granted
