BOARD OF APPEALS HEADINGS
November 15, 1960
The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, November 35, 1960
in the Selectmen's Room, Tomo Office Building. At 7;30 p.m. hearings
were declared open on the following petitions:
Adam Grier - to erect house on Lot 85 on Roosevelt Rd. having
insuffi ent rrantage.
William T. Yelland - to erect addition to non -conforming house at
753chool Streetw c would have a side yard of 8-1/2 ft. instead of
the required 10 ft.
Philip P. Spencer - to maintain dwelling at bl Asbury St. which
has inaurrzclenti sesoacec from the corner street.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during
which the following decisions were reached;
Adam Grigor - denied
William T. Yelland - granted
Philip P. Spencer - granted
All pertinent material relative to the above hearings is on file in
each individual folder.
