BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
November 1, 1960
nIhe Board of .Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, November 1, 1960
in the Selectmen's Room, Torn Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hearings
were declared open on the following petitions:
William H. Wilder - to use property at 1965 Mass. Ave. as a home
for the ng onounc 1 No.94, Knights of Columbus.
Joseph F. LaPorta - to erect a garage at 490 Waltham St. which
would not have sufficient side yard and setback
Y. A. Collings - to erect a pre -fabricated greenhouse, 101 x 121,
at 9 Flintlock Rd., said greenhouse to be for private use.
Joseph A. Moretti - to vary Sec.8(a)l,c(1) of the Zoning By-law to
allow 2If seSac on lots 187, 188; 189,190; 191,192 Rindge Ave.
John Fradette - to erect single family dwelling at 2 Circle Rd.,
lots 187Aj ld8;nd 190, which would have insufficient side yard.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during
which the following decisions were reached:
William H. Wildes - denied
Joseph F. LaPorta - denied
Y. A. Collings - granted
Joseph A. Moretti - granted
John Fradette - granted
All pertinent material relative to the above hearings is on file in
each individual folder.
