BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
November 1, 1960
The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, November 1, 1960
in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 7 30 p.m. hearings
were declared open on the following petitions;
William H. Wildes - to use property at 1965 Mass. Ave. as a home
for the Lexington Council No.94, Knights of Columbus.
Joseph F. LaPorte - to erect a garage at 490 Waltham St. which
would not nave sufficient side yard and setback
Y. A. Collings - to erect a pre-fabricated greenhouse, 10' x 12',
at 9 Flintlock lid., said greenhouse to be for private use.
Joseph A. Moretti - to vary Sec.8(a)1,c(1) of the Zoning By-law to
allow 2u' setback on lots 187, 188; 189,190; 191,192 Rindge Ave.
John Fradette - to erect single family dwelling at 2 Circle Rd.,
lots lo(A, ton, lay and 190, which would have insufficient side yard.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during
which the following decisions were reached:
William H. Wildes - denied
Joseph F. LaPorta - denied
Y. A. Collings - granted
Joseph A. Moretti - granted
John Fradette - granted
All pertinent material relative to the above hearings is on file in
each individual folder.
