At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following petitions: Richard D. Hamilton - to maintain dwelling at 73 Asbury St. With in- sufficiAnt in- sufficients e yards. L on Sav3mga Bank - to erect a clock at 1778 Maas. Ave. which xonld pro ec-, an a ethe race of the building. Richard D. Hamilton - to subdivide parcel of land at corner of Reed and AM Streets s lots, one of which has a dwelling on it. One lot would fully comply with the requirements; the remaining two lots would have insufficient area and frontage. Richard D. Hamilton - to maintain dwelling at 19 Emerald St. with insuflTFTen on side yards.
