The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, October 18, 1960,
in the Selectmenta Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hearings
were declared open on the following petitions:
Richard D. Hamilton - to maintain dwelling at 73 Asbury St. With in-

L on Sav3mga Bank - to erect a clock at 1778 Maas. Ave. which

Richard D. Hamilton - to subdivide parcel of land at corner of Reed
and AM Streets s lots, one of which has a dwelling on it. One
lot would fully comply with the requirements; the remaining two lots would
have insufficient area and frontage.
Richard D. Hamilton - to maintain dwelling at 19 Emerald St. with
insuflTFTen on side yards.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during
which the following decisions were made:
' Richard D. Hamilton - granted
�vxington Savings Bank - granted
Richard D. Hamilton - denied
Richard D. Hamilton - granted
All pertinent material relative to the above hearings is on file in
each individual folder.
