HomeMy WebLinkAbout1960-10-18 287 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS October 18,1960 The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, October 18, 1960, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following petitions Richard D. Hamilton - to maintain dwelling at 73 Asbury St. with in- sufficient side yards. Lexington Savisgs Bank - to erect a clock at 1778 Mass. Ave. which would project outside the face of the building. Richard D. Hamilton - to subdivide parcel of land at corner of Reed and Ash Streets into three lots, one of which has a dwelling on it. One lot would fully comply with the requirements; the remaining two lots would have insufficient area and frontage. Richard D. Hamilton - to maintain dwelling at 19 Emerald St. with insufficient front and side yards. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during which the following decisions were made: Richard D. Hamilton - granted Lexington Savings Bank - granted Richard D. Hamilton - denied Richard D. Hamilton - granted All pertinent material relative to the above hearings is on file in each individual folder. Ruth C. Brodhead, Clerk
