HomeMy WebLinkAbout1960-10-11 285 BOARD OF APPF.ATA HEARINGS October 11, 1960 The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, October 11, 1960 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following petitions: Lex.Federal Savings & Loan Assn. - to use a fire escape in lieu of second interior stairway at 1040 Mass. Ave. Richard R. Corazzini - to subdivide parcel of land at 188 Blossom St. into two lots, one of which has four greenhouses on it. Second lot would not have required frontage or area. Robert E. Michaud - to erect an addition to non-conforming house at 65 Munroe Rd. Said addition would have insufficient setback. Sally T. Gray - to erect a carport at 4 Demar Rd. which would result in an insufficiensetback. Mrs. John F. Cogan - to operate a ddndergarten for ten children in her home at 29 Patterson Rd. between hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. Walter H. Ehlers - to subdivide parcel of land at 337 Waltham St. into two lots one of which has existing structure on it. Proposed lot with said structure on it would not have sufficient area or frontage. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during which the following decisions were made: Lex. Federal Savings & Loan Assn. - granted Richard R. Corazzini - denied Robert E. Michaud - granted Sally T. Gray - granted Mrs. John F. Cogan - granted Walter H. Ehlers - granted All pertinent material relative to the above hearings is on file in each individual folder. Ruch C.
