HomeMy WebLinkAbout1960-09-27 283 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS September 27, 1960 The Board of Appeals held hearingq on Tuesday, September 27, 1960 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open on the followingpetitions: pe pe t Raymond C. Quick - to construct an accessory building at 32 Turn- ing Mill ltd. which would have insufficient setback. Frederic R. Childs - to erect a shelter 5' x 8' on island at gas station located at corner of Watertown St. and Concord Turnpike. Mrs. Mary D. Guarino - to maintain canopy at 271 Lincoln St. which does not have the required setback. Grace Chapel - to display a temporary sign b' x 8', and to be posted over the present church sign on Worthen Rd. from October 16 to October 30, 1960. Ralph B. and Margaret D. Maloney - to construct a single family dwelling on Lot 100, which lot fronts on a way, sometimes called Osgood Drive, which does not constitute a street as defined under Sec. 2(g) of Lexington Zoning By-law. William J. Condinho - to subdivide parcel of land at 610 Waltham St. into two lots, one of which has existing structure on it. Proposed lot facing on Steadman Rd. would not have the required frontage or area. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during which the following conclusions were reached. Raymond C. Quick - denied Frederic R. Childs - granted Mrs. Mary D. Guarino - granted Grace Chapel - granted Ralph and Margaret Maloney - denied William J.
