BOARD OF APPEALS BEARINGS
September 20, 1960
The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, September 20, 1960
in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hearings
were declared open on the following petitions:
Jewish Communit Center - to erect a sign, 6' x 81, announcing plans
to buil newTemple on parcel of land at 336 Cambridge -Concord Hgwy.
Anthony Graziano'- to maintain dwelling at lh Tarbell Ave. which
has insufficient setback.
Mrs. Vera A. L - to maintain a dwelling at 103 Gleason Rd. which
has aside yard of approx. 611fls instead of the required 716N.
Nary N.A zian - to erect an addition to existing dwelling at 11
Dexter Rd whichwo=u not have sufficient setback.
Roy Johnsen - to build an addition to non -conforming house at 2295
Mass. Ave.
Cataldo Farms - to erect a greenhouse, approx. 22' x 1201 at 59
Boa St.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during
' which the following decisions were made:
Jewish Community Center - granted
Anthony Graziano - granted
Mrs. Vera A. Ley - granted
Mary N. Ayvazian - granted
.Roy Johnsen - granted
Cataldo Farms, granted
All pertindat material with reggrd to the above petitions is on
file in each individual folder.
