HomeMy WebLinkAbout1960-09-20 21 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS September 20, 1960 The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, September 20, 1960 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following petitions Jewish Community Center - to erect a sign, 6' x 8', announcing plans to build a new Temple on parcel of land at 336 Cambridge-Concord Hgwy. Anthony Graziano'- to maintain dwelling at lh Tarbell Ave. which has insufficient setback. Mrs. Vera A. Ley - to maintain a dwelling at 103 Gleason Rd. which has a side yard of approx. 6'10" instead of the required 7'6". Mary N. Ayvazian - to erect an addition to existing dwelling at 11 Dexter Rd which would not have sufficient setback. Roy Johnsen - to build an addition to non-conforming house at 2295 Mass. Ave. Cataldo Farms - to erect a greenhouse, approx. 22' x 120' at 59 Bow St. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during which the following decisions were made: Jewish Community Center - granted Anthony Graziano - granted Mrs. Vera A. Ley - granted Mary N. Ayvazian - granted Roy Johnsen - granted Cataldo Farms, granted All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file in each individual folder. Ruth C.
