HomeMy WebLinkAbout1960-07-26BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS ' July 263 1960 The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, July 26, 1960 in the Selectmen+s Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following petitions: Mary L. Burri - to operate a play nursery in her home at 14 HollandST-.7"or c�`Fi dren 4 and 5 years of age, from 8:30 to 12:00 five days a week. George J. DeVries - to build a swimming pool on approximately five acres ofland' Off Fairlawn Lane. Paul Usik - to erect a garage at 29 Pleasant St. which would have insuffi—cle—F—WRback and side yard. Domenic Gabriele - to subdivide lot at 106 Laconia St. into two lots, one of w a structure on it with insufficient side yard. Neither lot would have sufficient area or frontage. Richard D. Hamilton - to subdivide parcel of lard at corner of Reed and Ash S re t o our lots, one of which has a structure on it, and none of which would have sufficient area or frontage. ' At the close of the heaaings an Executive Session was held during which the following decisions were made: Mary L. Burri - granted George J. DeVries - granted Paul Usik - denied Domenic Gabriele - denied Richard D. Hamilton - denied All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file in, each individual folder. Rath C.
