HomeMy WebLinkAbout1960-07-19Iduly 19, 1960 The Boardof Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, July 19, 1960 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following petitions: Paul Marashio - to erect a roadside stand for the purpose of selling vege aes at the corner of North and Lowell Sts. Amorino Risco - to erect an illuminated projecting sign at 133 Mass. Ave. Robert Hall ClothInc.I- to erect a standing sign on the premises on the MoRhwesterly corner of Concord Ave. and Waltham St. Barbara M. Bentley - to erect temporary directional signs to Bed- ford Gardens., ss., proposed signs to be erected at corner of Hartwell Ave. and Bedford St., and also corner of Hartwell Ave. and Magpl:re Ave. Mahone & DeVincent BuLlders Inc. - to subdivide Lot C-1, Woburn St., inV three lots., one lot would have a frontage of 137 ft. and an area of 60,000 sq.ft., plus or minus. The other lots would have a frontage of 136 ft., one with an area of 45,000 sq.ft. and one with an area of 35PW sq.ft. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during which the following decisions were made: Paul Marashio - granted Amorino Rizzo - denied Robert Hall Clothes, Inc. - denied Barbara M Bentley - denied Mahoney & DeVineent Builders, Inc. - granted All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file in each individual folder.
