HomeMy WebLinkAbout1960-06-21 f BOARD OF APPRATS HEARINGS June 21, 1960 The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, June 21, 1960 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 7:30 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following petitions: Lillian Viano - to erect an addition to existing garage at 86 Meriam St. which would not have sufficient setback or side yard. Stuart C. Broderic - to expand in width a single car garage at 25 Fair Oaks Dr. to become aj two-car garage which woud come within 10.4' of the left-hand side yard instead of the required 15' . Eva S. Glick - to operate a non-sectarian nursery school at the Jewish Community Center at 1506 Mass. Ave. Dana A. Regillo - to subdivide Lot #47 at 16 Laconia St. upon which there is an existing structure. Such subdivision would result in two lots, neither of which would have sufficient frontage, and one of which would have insufficient area. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during which the following decesions were made: ' Lillian Viano - granted Stuart C. Broderic - granted Eva S. Glick - granted Dana A.
