BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
May 24.9 1960
The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, May 24, 1960, in
the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, an the following petitions:
Vincent 0. Ippolito and Philip Longo - to vary building by-law in
order to erect proposed Uarden Apartments of third-class construction
instead of second-class construction.
Donald D. Wilson - to erect an addition to existing greenhouse at
Wilsonarm, nc., P easant St.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during
which the following decisions were made:
Vincent O. Ippolito and Philip Longo - denied
Donald D. Wilson - granted
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on
file in each individual folder.
