BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
February 9, 1960
The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, February 9, 1960,
in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti-
tions:
Harry F. Clarke - to maintain dwelling at 59 Ledgelawn Ave. which
has a side yard of 9 ft. instead of the required 15 ft.
Vito and Elizabeth Cannalonga - to operate a roadside stand on their
property located at 9$3 Waltham St. to be used for the sale of nursery
products grown on said land. This stand to be operated under the trade
name of Wagon Wheel Nursery.
Reginald A. Wood - to maintain structure at 24 James St. which would
have a side yard of only 10 ft. instead of the required 15 ft.
Charles Ansara - to remodel building at 35 Woburn St. which now has
two apartments, so that it will have three apartments.
Albert W. Hanlon, Jr. - to mainthe two dwellings at 22 and 24
Fletcher Ave. and to subdivide the one lot containing these two houses
into two lots each containing one house, according to plans submitted.
House and garage at 22 Fletcher Ave. would not have sufficient area,
frontage or side yards. House at 24 Fletcher Ave. would not have suffi-
cient area, frontage, setback, rear or side yards.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during
which the following decisions were made:
Harry F. Clarke - granted
Vito and Elizabeth Cannalonga - granted
Reginald A. Wood - granted
Charles Ansara - denied
Albert W. Hanlon, Jr. - denied
