BOARD OF APPEALS REARINGS
December 22, 1959
The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, December 22, 1959
in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti-
tions:
Alfred S. Bus& - to erect two single family dwellings on Lots 90-94,
inclusive, emar a Ave., dwellings to have 20 ft. front yard rather
than 30 ft. as required.
John S. Ro�b - to maintain structure at 16 Barberry Rd. which does
not have surriclent front yard.
Joseph R. Evans - to maintain structure at 8 Green Lane with insuf-
ficien root "side yards.
Robert K. Jeremiah - to maintain structure at 109 Simonds Rd. with
side yard o ead of the required 12 ft.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during
which the following decisions were reached:
Alfred S. Busa - 'ranted
John S. Robey - granted
Joseph R. Evans - granted
Robert K. Jeremiah - granted
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitims is on file
in each individual folder.
