HomeMy WebLinkAbout1959-11-17 251 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS IIINovember 17, 1959 The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, November 17, 1959, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti- tions: Herbert Moller - to build an addition to house at 22 Winchester Dr. which would not have sufficient front yard. Karl B. Anderson - to use a portion of a dwelling to be built on Lot #8 Cooke Rd. as a commercial artist's studio. Robert W. Swanson - to erect an addition to existing house at 36 Charles St. which would not have sufficient side yard. Raytheon Co. - to erect a sign 25 ft. long and 10 ft. high on petitioner's property, said sign to be located approximately 300 ft. dis- tant from Spring St. and 20 ft. distant from Route 2. Roland and Irene Wardrobe - to vary Sec.8(b), la(1), (2) and b of the Zoning By-law, said variance pertaining to insufficient front and side yard, and parking area for existing building at 803 Mass. Ave. 111 At the close of the hearings an Executive lSession was held during which the following decisions were reached Herbert Moller - granted Karl B. Anderson - granted Robert W.
