BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
October 27, 1959
The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, October 27, 1959
in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti-
tions:
Domenic and Assunta Baia - to maintain structure at 23 Dane Rd. with
insuf c en s e ya .
Justin Shea - to remove soil from his property at 517 Mass. Ave.
Mrs. Ma Walsh - to alter and erect an addition to the Fairlawn
Nursing Home at owell St., Lexington
George R. Forbes - to erect a dwelling with insufficient front yard
at 15 crescent Ave., Lexington
Chester R. Banks - to erect an addition to: dwelling at 7 Summer St.
which would ave sufficient rear yard.
Saul G. Cohen - to erect a garage on Lot 17A, 39 Moon Hill Rd.
which wiIlnotea�ply with frontage setback requirements.
Joseph R. Evans - to maintain structure at 8 Green Lane with insuf-
ficient ront a she yards.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during
which the following decisions were reached:
Domenic and Assunta Baia - granted
` Justin Shea - granted
Mrs. Mary Walsh - granted
George R. Forbes - granted
Cheater R. Banks - granted
Saul G. Cohen - granted
Joseph R. Evans - granted.
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file
in each individual folder.
