October 13, 1959
The Board of Appeals will hold hearings on Tuesday, October 15,
1959, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following
petitions:
A. P. SWord - to erect a sign on front face of building at 395-
401 Lowell St. which would be entire length of building and would extend
10a above marquee.
Rose Massucco Metzer - to put a trailer on lots 29 and 30 Valley
Rd. to be used as a dwelling.
Buse Realty Trust - to erect a single family dwelling with in-
sufficient front yard on lots 44 and 45 Cliffe Ave.
Thomas McLellan - to erect a four room dwelling with insufficient
rear and side yards on lot las Cummings Ave.
Brigham's, Inc. - to maintain awning with the word "Brigham's0
across the front, approx. 10 ft. x b ft. and also to maintain canvas cover-
ingthn the windows, which is removable.
Mrs. Tofa W. Khiralla - to operate a nursery school for children
ages 3 and 4 years, in her home at 52 North Hancock St.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during
which the following decisions were reached:
A. P. Sword - granted
Rose Massucco Metier - denied
Buse Realty Trust - granted
Thomas McLellan - withdrawn.
Brigham's, Inc. - denied
Mrs. Tofa W. Khiralla - granted
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file
in each individual folder.
