BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
July 28, 1959
The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, July 28, 1959
in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following
petitions:
Alden Weimar - to erect a garage at 9 Henderson Road which would
not have the required distance to sideline under existing zoning by-law.
Frank D. Woody - to construct a two,car garage at 35 Hillcrest
Ave. which will have insufficient side yard.
Cataldo Farms - to erect a greenhouse approximately 25 ft. x 100
ft. on porperty at 59 Bow St., Lexington
Gerald and Ellen Stechler - to erect an attached carport which
will leave insufficient side yard at 68 Bertwell Rd., Lexington
Ralph Frissore - to erect a dwelling on Lot #8 Childs Rd. which
will have a ZU ft. setback instead of the required 30 ft. setback.
Lloyd Trefethen - to erect additions to additions, 23 Barberry
Rd., which will leave insufficient side and rear yards.
Avis Foster - to operate a nursery school for no more than ten
children at d Oxbow Road, Lexington
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held during
which the following decisions were reached:
Alden Weimer - granted
Frank D. Woods - granted
Cataldo Farms - granted
Gerald and Ellen Stechler - denied
Ralph Frissore - granted
Lloyd Trefethen - granted
Avis Foster - denied
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on
file in each individual folder.
