HomeMy WebLinkAbout1959-07-071 1 July 7, 1959 The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, July 7, 1959, in the Selectmen's Room, Tcan Office Building, on the following peti- tions: Associates Realty Trust - to construct and erect on land of the petitioner abutting Houle 21L and Rte. 128, a "9'" shaped, illuminated, painted ground Bulletin, for the Lexington Inn. Charter House of Mass. Inc. - to erect and maintain a sign 12 ft. wide by d ft. high with bottomo sign approximately 3 ft. from the ground. Sign to have green background and white letters made of "Scotch lite" similar to state signs, and to be placed facing southbound traffic, on Lot #12 at the end of Patterson Road. John Brucchi - to operate an exclusive school of horsemanship. No lessons will unsupervised, a minimum. rate per lesson will be $5., no rented horses will be allowed off the premises and all cars belonging to pupils will be parked in the rear yard. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- ing which the following decisions were reached: Associates Realty Trust - denied Charter House of Mass., Inc. - denied John Brucchi - denied An pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file in each individual folder.
