The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, June 24, 1959,
in the Selectmenrs Room, Towns Office Building, on the following peti-
tions:
Jam B. Sullivan - to erect a two car garage at 81 north Han-
cock Si. have insufficient side yard.
The Mitre�Corporatinn - to operate a small light tin smith shop
in the Sisement or the Curtin Building, 430 Marren Rd., which would
employ only two or three men.
Gus Micci - to maintain present sign location at 333-335 Woburn St
Maguolo and Quick - to use solid heavy wood vertical columna in a
one-story wood and masonry elementary school building, Pelham Rd.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur-
ing which the following decisions were reached:
James B. Sullivan - granted
The Mitre Corporation - granted
Gas Micci - granted
Magnolo and Quick - withdrawn
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on
file in each individual folder.
