HomeMy WebLinkAbout1959-06-24 235 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS June 24, 1959 The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, June 24, 1959, in the Selectments Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti- tions: James B. Sullivan - to erect a two car garage at 81 North Han- cock St. that will have insufficient side yard. The Mitre Corporation - to operate a small light tin smith shop in the basement or the Curtin Building, 430 Marrett Rd., which would employ only two or three men. Gus Micci - to maintain present sign location at 333-335 Woburn St Maguolo and Quick - to use solid heavy wood vertical columns in a one-story wood and masonry elementary school building, Pelham Rd. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- ing which the following decisions were reached: James B. Sullivan - granted The Mitre Corporation - granted Gus Micci - granted Maguolo and Quick - withdrawn All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file in each individual folder.
