BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
May 26, 1959
The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, May 26, 1959,
in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti-
tions:
Mrs. Mary Johnson - to subdivide lots 353 through 358 Barbell
St. by removing lU ft. from the rear of each of said lots and adding
the resulting parcel of land to lot at 7 Greenwood St.
Willis E. Munroe - to subdivide a parcel of land, 760 Marrett Rd.
into two lots, each or which will have less than the required area under
the Zoning Law of the Town of Lexington.
Anthony Bevilaqua - to erect and maintain at the Manhattan Restau-
rant, 45 Waltham St., a sign 2' x 9', hanging under the marquee in front
of said restaurant at right angles to the front wall of the building, no
part of which sign is to project beyond the front line of said marquee or
over any public way or sidewalk.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following decisions were reached.
Mrs. Mary Johns n - granted
Willis E. Monroe - denied
Anthony Bevilaqua granted
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on
file in each individual folder.
