BOARD OF APPEALS REAMGS
' May 12, 1959
The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, April 28,
1959, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the follow-
ing petitions:
Joseph Grpboski - to erecta 9' x 1219tt greenhouse on property,
1 Mason.
Marvin I. Berman - to conduct a dentist's office in a proposed
dwelling, , +., o� St.
William Welch - to build a swimming pool with 8 ft. rear yard
instead of the F9FIred 15 ft., 11 Childs Road.
Alfred P. and Gladys E. Troopeano - to extend and enlarge the use
and building at 114 Waltham S .
At the close of the hearings the following decisions were reached
in Executive Session:
Joseph Gryboski - granted
Marvin I. Berman - withdrawn
' William Welch - granted
Alfred P. and Gladys E. Tropeano - granted
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on
file in each individual folder.
