BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
April 28, 1959
Mrs. Charles Tuck - to build an addition to a non-conforming
building at lb Spring St.
Harold Brehm - to extend the use of,and to make additions to, a
non-conforming building at Th Parker St.
James Catalano - to erect a greenhouse connected to present
showroom, WO Waltham St.
Dr. Walter H. Abelmann - to build additions to dwelling at 7
Moon Hill Rd. which will leave insufficient front and rear yards.
Zella Luria - to erect a dwelling on Lot #56 Peacock Farm Road
which will have insufficient setback.
Eleanor Russo - to erect a garage attached to dwelling at 32
Whipple Rd. which will have insufficient setback.
James V. and Eleanor Cosgrove - to remove sand and gravel from
an area situated at the rear or a parcel of land at 307 Wood St.
At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur-
ing which the following decisions were reached:

Harold Brehm - granted
James Catalano - granted
Dr. Walter H. Abelmann - granted
Zella Luria - denied
Eleanor Russo - granted
James and Eleanor Cosgrove - denied
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on
