BOARD OF APPEALS HFAR NGS
April 7, 1959
The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, April 7, 1959,
in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following
petitions:
Lexington Park Trust - to erect a sign with dimensions of
approximately lU ft. x JO ft. built of metal at a location within
the Lexington Office-Research Park, northeast corner of the inter-
section of Routes 2 and 128.
Perce Cook - to maintain lot and dwelling, 110 Pleasant St.
which has frontage of approx. 102.05 ft. instead of the required 1251 .
Joseph Buse - to erect and operate a roadside stand on farm land
at 52 Lowell St. for the sale of produce and flowers.
Georgine S. Bodine - for permission to operate a kindergarten
for not more than 10 children at 26 Fairlawn Lane.
At the close of the hearing an Executive Session was held dur-
ing which the following decisions were reached:
Lexington Park Trust - withdrawn.
Perce Cook - granted
Joseph Busa - granted
Georgine S. Bodine - granted
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on
file in each individual folder.
