HomeMy WebLinkAbout1959-04-07 225 BOARD OF APPEALS HFAR NGS April 7, 1959 The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, April 7, 1959, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following petitions: Lexington Park Trust - to erect a sign with dimensions of approximately lU ft. x JO ft. built of metal at a location within the Lexington Office-Research Park, northeast corner of the inter- section of Routes 2 and 128. Perce Cook - to maintain lot and dwelling, 110 Pleasant St. which has frontage of approx. 102.05 ft. instead of the required 1251 . Joseph Buse - to erect and operate a roadside stand on farm land at 52 Lowell St. for the sale of produce and flowers. Georgine S. Bodine - for permission to operate a kindergarten for not more than 10 children at 26 Fairlawn Lane. At the close of the hearing an Executive Session was held dur- ing which the following decisions were reached: Lexington Park Trust - withdrawn. Perce Cook - granted Joseph Busa - granted Georgine S.
