HomeMy WebLinkAbout1959-04-07225 BOARD OF APPEALS HFARINGS ' April 7, 1959 The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, April 7, 1959, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following petitions: Lexington Park Trust - to erect a sign with dimensions of approxiMutely zu ft. x 36 ft. built of metal at a location within the Lexington Office -Research Park, northeast corner of the inter- section of Routes 2 and 128. Perce Cook - to maintain lot and dwelling, IhO Pleasant St. which has ron ge of approx. 102.05 ft. instead of the required 1251. Joseph Bass. - to erect and operate a roadside stand on farm land at 52 Low . or the sale of produce and flowers. Georgina S. Bodine - for permission to operate a kindergarten for not more than 10 children at 26 Fairlawn Lane. At the close of the hearing an Executive Session was held dur- ing which the following decisions were reached: ' Lexington Park Trust - withdrawn. Perce Cook - granted Joseph Buss - granted Georgina S. Bodine - granted All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on file in each individual folder. Thelma G. Reed, Clerk
