Swanbon - to divide one lot at 337 Waltham St. into two lots which will have insufficient frontage and area. Gulf Oil Corporation - to erect 1-L-4-12 72n Gulf plastic rotating sign at 314 Marrett Rd., corner of Waltham St. William H. Graham, D.M.D. - to conduct an office for the practice of Orthodontics in a proposed dwelling on the corner of Massachusetts Ave. and Hunt Rd., known as Lot #A. Alfred Busa - to erect two dwellings at #7 and #11 Melrose Ave. eabh with 20 ft. setback and 9 ft. side yards. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- ing which the following decisions were reached: Walter E. Swanbon - denied Gulf Oil Corp. - denied William H.
