HomeMy WebLinkAbout1959-02-17 219 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS February 17, 1959 The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, February 17, 1959, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the follow- ing petitions: Donald Banks - to erect a single family dwelling on Lot #2 Banks Ave., Lexington, which will have 20 ft. setback instead of the required 30 ft. setback. Jefferson Union - to use and occupy a portion of the one-story shed located at the southwesterly corner of the building, 31 Fletcher Ave., as a place of business of a builder, contractor and carpenter; such part of the building to be leased to Richard H. Soule, Contractor. At the close of the hearings an Executive Session was held dur- ing which the following decisions were reached.
