BURD OF APPEALS HEALRINGS
November 18, 1958
The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, November 18,
1958, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the follow-
ing petitions:
Dorot Devlin -to erect a two car garage on lots 21 and 22
Dexter Rd. wIlIch To not have the required frontage or area.
M. P. B e - to remodel the inside of building at 35 Bartlett
Ave. for a st o apartment or caretaker's quarters.
Leon Groisser - to erect a carport at 510 Concord Ave. which will
have ins�de yard.
Edward En lehart - to subdivide one.lbt at 516 Massachusetts Ave.
into twolots,, both of which will have insufficient area and frontage.
George Kalsll - to build a single car garage which will leave
insuffic,en side yard at 36 Eldred Street.
Arthur E. on'- to face proposed dwelling on Loring Circle
with a 67t rt. frontage instead of on Waltham St. which has 125 ft.
frontage.
Mark Moore Jr. - to subdivide lots 10, 11, 123, 133, and 14 on the
westerly side of LowellSt. between East and North Sts. below the minimum
requirements of the Lexington Zoning By-law.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following decisions were reached:
Dorothy Devlin - granted
M. P. Byrne - denied
Lean Groisser - granted
Edward Englehart - denied
George Kalell - granted
Arthur E. Bryson - granted
Mark Moore, Jr. - granted
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on
file in each individual folder.
