BOARD OF APPEALS HEARCNOS
November 18, 1958
The Board of Appeals held bearings on Tuesday, November 18,
1958, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the follow-
ing petitions:
Dorothz Devlin -ID erect a two car garage an lots 21 and 22
Dexter Ra. wnien ao not have the required frontage or area.
M. P. Byrne - to remodel the inside of building at 35 Bartlett
Ave. for a studio apartment or caretaker's quarters.
Leon Groisser - to erect a carport at 510 Concord Ave. which will
have insufficient side yard.
Edward Fp1ehart - to subdivide one. lbt at 516 Massachusetts Ave.
into two Iota, both of which will have insufficient area and frontage.
George Kalell - to build a single car garage which will leave
insufficient side yard at 36 Eldred Street.
Arthur E. Bryson'- to face proposed dwelling on Loring Circle
111with a 67 ft. frontage instead of on Waltham St. which has 125 ft.
frontage.
Mark MooreJr. - to subdivide lots 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 on the
westerly side or Lowell St. between East and North Ste. below the minimum
requirements of the Lexington Zoning By-law.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following decisions were reached:
Dorothy Devlin - granted
M. P. Byrne - denied
Leon Groisser - granted
Edward Englehart - denied
George Kalell - granted
Arthur E. Bryson - granted
Mark Moore, Jr. - granted
All pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on
file in each individual folder.
