The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, November 4, 1958
in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti-
tions:
Lexington Motors, Inc. - to place and maintain a second sign,
13110'x+ a 31, over the show room windows, 34 Bedford St.
Connelly & Livingstone - to erect a post sign at 428 Marrett Rd.
Richard Hamilton - to erect a dwelling on parcel of land consisting
of parts o os - 98 Harbell St. and Balfour St., which will not
have required area or frontage and which will have insufficient side yard.
Ernest Reiss - to erect and occupy a building to conduct business
of wareEMUs p —ood at Hinchey Rd. and Westview St.
Pasquale Barbieri - to build a swimming pool which will leave in-
sufficien� eceaa d rear yards at 59 Wood St., Lexington.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following decisions were reached:
' Lexington Motors, Inc - granted
Connelly & Livingstone - denied
Richard Hamilton - granted
Ernest Reiss - denied
Pasquale Barbieri - denied
A11 pertinent material with regard to the above petitions is on
file in each individual folder.
