The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, October 21, 1958"
in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti-
tions:
C. Cammarata - to erect building on lot #1D, Woburn St., to be
used for nese of cleanser and dyer.
Theresa Iodice - for permission to operate a Nursery Play Group
for 10 children 4 mornings a week, 9-12 at 52 Winter St.
Paul Sandorff - to erect a carport and garden shed, attached to
house, 21 Tyler Rd., which will leave insufficient side yard.
Dr. Norman Boyer - to open a professional office in his home,
1932 Hass. Ave. Patients to be seen by appointment only.
R. Davenport - to construct a connecting greenhouse between 2
existingand construct a storage building on top of existing
flat roof, 4 stall garage.
Willard P. Grush - ho erect addition to present dwelling, 32 Colony
Rd., wh c W= save efficient side yard.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following conclusions were reached:
C. Cammarata - granted
Theresa Iodice - granted
Paul Sandorff - granted
Dr. Norman Boyer - granted
R. Davenport — granted
Willard P. Grush - granted
All pertinent materials with regard to the; above petitions is on
file in each individual folder.
