HomeMy WebLinkAbout1958-10-21 207 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS October 21,1958 The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, October 21, 1958, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following peti- tions: C. Cammarata - to erect building on lot #1D, Woburn St., to be used for business of cleanser and dyer. Theresa Iodice - for permission to operate a Nursery Play Group for 10 children 4 mornings a week, 9-12 at 52 Winter St. Paul Sandorff - to erect a carport and garden shed, attached to house, 21 Tyler Rd., which will leave insufficient side yard. Dr. Norman Boyer - to open a professional office in his home, 1932 Mass. Ave. Patients to be seen by appointment only. R. Davenport - to construct a connecting greenhouse between 2 existing buildings and construct a storage building on top of existing flat roof, 4 stall garage. Willard P. Grush - bo erect addition to present dwelling, 32 Colony Rd., which will leave insufficient side yard. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the following conclusions were reached: C. Canmarata - granted Theresa Iodice - granted Paul Sandorff - granted Dr. Norman Boyer - granted R. Davenport - granted Willard P.
