BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
September 30, 195$
The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, September 34 1958,
in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following petitions:
Lexington Press Inc. - to use and occupy the building located at 7
Oakland St., Lexington, for general printing, binding and publishing busi-
ness purposes.
Mary A. and William A. Hennessy - to construct a single family dwell-
ing on a tract of land containing 14.13 acres which has no frontage on a
street. Said tract of land fronts on Mountain Rd. which is appurtenant to
the said tract over land of another to Robinson Rd.
William Wildes - to divide one lot #30 Winter St. into two lots, one
of which will not have the frontage or area required by the Lexington Zoning
By-laws.
Masonic Temple - to make alterations and additions to existing build-
ing, Harrington Rd.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following conclusions were reached:
Lexington Press Inc. - granted
Mary A. and William A. Hennessy - granted
William Wildes - granted
Masonic Temple - granted
