BOARD �F APPEALS HEARINGS
September 9, 1958
The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, September 9, 1958,
in the Selevtmen's Room, Town Office Building, on the following petitions:
Barbara Jean Rose - to subdivide a parcel of land, 382 Concord Ave.,
into 2 lots, one ow ch will have the area but not the frontage required
by the Lexington Zoning By-laws.
Joseph E. MacDonald - to erect a dwelling on lot #5 James St. which
has required are—a—BUmMoT the required frontage.
Johns Manville - to use Johns Manville Strongbord, 1/21, x !i' x 8'
or 4' x 5P, as an ernate to specifications required by the Lexington
Building By-laws.
James McGrath - to make additions to both sides of dwelling, 10
Robinson Rd., w i will leave side yards insufficient to meet requirements
of the Lexington Zoning By-laws.
American Legion - to erect a meeting house on Fletcher Ave. between
Esso gas station and the Boston and Maine Railroad.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following conclusions were made:
Barbara Jean Rose - granted
Joseph E. MacDonald - denied
Johns -Manville - denied
James McGrath - denied
American Legion - granted
