The Board of Appeals held hearings on Tuesday, July 29, 1958, in the
Selectmen's Room, Town Office, on the following petitions:
Dr. Edwin 0. Wheeler - to construct a two car garage, 31 Moon Hill
Rd., which will not leave side yard required by the Lexington Zoning By-
laws.
Ra and F. Boudreau'- to maintain lots.l, 2, 3 Sunnyknoll Terrace
which will not meetthe frontage or area requirements of the Lexington
Zoning By-laws.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following conclusions were reached:
Dr. Edwin 0. Wheeler - granted
Raymond F. Boudreau - granted
