BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
July 22, 1958
The.Board of Appeals held hearings on the following petition on
Tuesday, July 22, 1958, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building.
William Sullivan - to erect a dwelling on lots #40-41 Dexter Rd.
James E. McCarthy - to erect an addition to residence, 26 Normandy
Rd. which will leave side yard that does not meet requirements of the
Lexington Zoning By-laws.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following conclusions were reached:
William Sullivan - granted
James E. McCarthy - granted
Thelma G. Reed
