BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
' June 24, 1958
The';Board of Appeals held a hearing on the following petitions on
Tuesday, June 24, 1958, at 8400 p.m.
Baptist Church - to make additions to the present ch rch which does
not have e_ red setback, and encroach closer than the 15 ft. required
side yards.
Marion FWan, - to subdivide a oarcel of land containing 240 ft. front-
age, los _ - Freemont St. into three lots with 80 ft. frontage.
Jean Jacobs - to operate a Child Care Center for 8 four year olds
from 97T7.7773 11:45r a.m. on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from Sep-
tember to June in residence, 4 Diehl Rd.
Minola M. Black - to subdivide ten lots located on Minola Rd. and
Slocum. n o 7 ods, 6 of which will not meet with the requirements of
the Lexington Zoning By-law.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which
the following .conclusions were reached:
Baptist Church - granted
Marion Ryan - denied
Jean Jacobs - granted
Minola M. Black - granted
Thelma G. Reed
