HomeMy WebLinkAbout1958-06-17 191' BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS June 17, 1958 The Board of Appeals held a meeting on Tuesday, June 17, 1958 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office p.m. Building. At 8.00hearings were declared open on the following petitions Margaret Faul4m - to subdivide one lot at 76 Woburn St., into two lots which will, not have frontage or area required by the Lexington Zoning By-laws. David Fudge and Son, Inc. - to erect and maintain a place of busi- ness Of an undertaker on property on the easterly side of Lincoln and School Sts. and northeast of the junction of said streets, approximate address would be 120 School St. Virginia Coleman - to permit the use of the building now known as "Wildacre inn," 50 Percy Rd., Lexington, as a nursing home. M. A. Seabury - to erect a sign on the roof above the second floor lobby, between the main building of the Lexington Inn and the restaurant roof Junction of Routes 128 and 2A. Sign to be 20' long and 6' high and set 14' above the roof and set i,' from the edge of the roof. Sign would be metal with raised letters of dark color against a light background and would be illuminated at night by means of one or two spotlights on the roof. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the following conclusions were reached. Margaret Faulkingham - granted David Fudge and Son, Inc . - granted Virginia Coleman - denied M. A. Seabury - granted Thelma G. Reed, Clerk
