BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
June 10,1958
The Board of Appeals held a meeting on Tuesday, June 10, 1958 in
the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were
declared open on the following petitions:
Dexter R. Branch - to erect a carport, adjacent to single family
dwelling, 91 Grant St. which would leave side yard less than that re-
quired by the Lexington Zoning By-laws.
Anthony Lvelli - to subdivide lots #14-15-16 James St. and lot #24
Rangeway St. into 3 lots equal in area.
John F. McCullough - to construct a garage attached to house at 121
Cedar St. which will not have the minimum side yard required by the Lex-
ington Zoning By-Jaws.
Camille B. Skov - to construct a garage and family room attached to
house at is Hawthorne Rd., Lexington, which will not have the minimum side
yard required by the Lexington Zoning By-laws.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following conclusions were reached:
Dexter R. Branch - granted
Anthony Lavelli - granted
John F. McCullough - denied
Camille B. Skov - granted
Thelma G. Reed
