At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following petitions: Dexter R. Branch - to erect a carport, adjacent to single family dwelling' , 91 Gran . which would leave side yard less than that re- quired by the Lexington Zoning By-laws. Anthony Lvveelli - to subdivide lots #14-15-16 James St. and lot #24 Rangeway"Et.In o Slots equal in area. John F. McCullough - to construct a garage attached to house at 121 Cedar wfccw will not have the minimum side yard required by the Lex- ington Zoning By-laws. Camille B. Skov - to construct a garage and family room attached to house at b Hawthorne Rd., Lexington, which will not have the minimum side yard required by the Lexington Zoning By-laws. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the following conclusions were reached: ' Dexter R. Branch - granted Anthony Lavelli - granted John F.
