BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS
May 27, 1958
The Board of Appeals held a meeting on Tuesday, May 27, 1956, in
the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hearings were
declared open on the following petitions:
Busa Brothers - to erect a dwelling 20 ft. from the street line and
5 ft. from the side line at 111 Bow St.
Mrs. Jean Jacobs - to operate a Child-Care Center, under Sec. 7.c.
of the Lexington GonnngBy-laws for 8 four year olds, from 9:30 a.m. to
11:45 a.m. on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from September to June in her
home at 4 Diehl Rd.
John Brucchi - to operate a private Riding School for teaching
youngsters how to ride and for Pony rides. No rented horses will be allowed
off the premises. No parking of cars on the road, cars will be parked in
the back yard.
M.I.T. Lincoln Lab - to erect a metal frame addition 50' x 48'5" to a
present steel frame building which does not comply with the Lexington Build-
ing By-laws. Building is located at 238 Wood St.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which
the following conclusions were reached.
Buss Brothers - granted
Mrs. Jean Jacobs - denied
John Brucchi - denied
M.I.T. Lincoln Lab - granted
