BOARD OF APPF.kTS HEARINGS

May 6, 1958
The Board of Appeals held a meeting on Tuesday, May 6, 1958 in the
Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8.00 p.m. hearings were de-
clared open on the following petitions:
Outhet Realty Trust - to vary Sec. 8 3.b. of the Lexington Zoning
By-laws to erect a single family dwelling on lot #14 and part of #15 Bed-
ford St. which will not have the minimum side yard required by the Lexington
Zoning By-laws.
James F. Corr - to vary Sec. 8 l.a. of the Lexington Zoning By-laws to
subdivide a parcel of land containing approx. 3-1/2 acres, bordered by Rte.
128, Weston St. and Lincoln St. into 5 house lots which will not have the
area or frontage required by the Lexington Zoning By-laws.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following decision were made:
Outhet Realty Trust - granted
James F. Corr - granted
