April 29, 1958
A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, April 29,
1958 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hearings
were declared open on the following petitions:
C. Henry Jackson - to erect a greenhouse at hO Clarke St.
Peter Lie kalns - to erect a single car garage at rear of 18 Albe-
marle Ave. Which Will not have side yard required by Lexington Zoning By-
law.
Associates Realty Trust - to erect three signs which will indicate
the approach to the ex n on Inn, from both Route 128 and Marrett Road.
Frank DeFelice - to divide 3 lots into two lots, both of which will
be below a requ rements of the Lexington Zoning Bh-law.
Carl G. Hooks - to divide property at 19 Utica St. into lots A and B.
Lot A to be addedo and become part of Lot 1 Dunham St.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following conclusions were reached:
C. Henry Jackson - granted
Peter Liepkalns - denied
Associates Realty Trust - granted
Frank DeFelice - denied
Carl G Hooks - granted
Thelma G. Reed
