HomeMy WebLinkAbout1958-03-25 181 BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS March 25, 1958 The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 25, 1958, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p m. hear- ings were declared open on the following hearings Eugene P. Carter - to erect a one car garage and breezeway at 180 Grant St. which will have a 12' side yard instead of the required 15' side yard. Leeland Construction Co. - to erect a one family dwelling on lots #12 and #13, Block #15, Eaton Rd. which will not have the required front- age or area; also a variance on the set-back requirements from 30 ft. to 20 ft., or in line with the present dwellings on said street. William Shanahan - to alter a one family dwelling to accommodate two families at 51 Pleasant St. as permitted by Sec. ]J (c) of the Lexington Zoning By-laws. Benjamin H. Golini - to subdivide his lot, #35 Balfour St., which will bring the lot below the minimum requirements of the Lexington Zoning By-laws. At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during which the following decisions were rendered. Eugene P.
