The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 25,
1958, in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hear-
ings were declared open on the following hearings:
Eugene P. Carter - to erect a one car garage and breezeway at 180
Grant St. which will ave a 12' side yard instead of the required 15' side
yard.
Leeland Construction Co. - to erect a one family dwelling on lots
#12 and #13,, Block #15., on Rd. which will not have the required front-
age or area; also a variance on the set -back requirements from 30 ft. to
20 ft., or in line with the present dwellings on said street.
William Shanahan - to alter a one family dwelling to accommodate two
families at52 easant St. as permitted by Sec. 114(c) of the Lexington
Zoning By-laws.
Benjamin H. Golini - to subdivide his lot, #35 Balfour St., which
will bring the lot bel7w' the minimum requirements of the Lexington Zoning
By-laws.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
' which the following decisions were rendered:
Eugene P. Carter - granted
Leeland Construction Co. - granted
William Shanahan - denied
Benjamin H. Golini - granted
