BOARD OF APPEALS BEARINGS
February 25, 1958
Aa regular meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday,
February 25, 1901 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At
8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following petitions
J. F. McGlame Co. - to permit J. F. McGlame to vary Sec. 13 of the
Lexington Plumbing By-laws to reduce the amount of pitch per ft. required
from 1/4" to 1/8" for 270 lineal feet of horizontal drainage piping at the
Pinei
H 11 Motor Hotel, now known as the Lexington Inn, at Marrett Rd. and
Rte. 128, Lexington.

Associates Realty Trust - to erect a temporary sign on land owned by
the Associates Realty Trust of Lexington, between the Lexington Inn and
Route 128. Sign requested would be 12' x 20', would not be illuminated
and would bein position not more than 90 days. It would be placed at least
100 ft. from the highway.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
which the following conclusions were reached:
J. F. McGlame Co. - granted
Associates Realty Trust - granted
Muriel C. Stone
