A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held on Tuesday, November 26,
1957 in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building. At 8:00 p.m. hearings
were declared open upon the following petitions:
Edward S. Folsom - to make one lot 60' x 100' out of remaining por-
tions oflotsT17— inclusive, Homestead St.
Mary D. Guarino - to erect a free standing sign, approx. size to be
29 sq.rt.., aLincoln St., to be flood lighted
Paino-LaCava Trust - to erect a two story frame and brick building
for phys czars' a en istsI offices 750' from the Lexington -Waltham line
on lots 7-8.
VV�ir�ai_nia Coleman - to increase patient capacity from 8 to 14 at the
existing Leex g on Nursing Home on 6 Raymond St.
Dr. Leonard V. Short - to maintain a separate building from the main
structure, as a e g, at 1433 Mass. Ave.
At the close of the hearings an executive session was held during
' which the following conclusions were reached:
Edward S. Folsom - denied
Mary D. Guarino - denied
Paino-LaCava Trust - granted
Virginia Coleman - denied
Dr. Leonard V. Short - denied
