list.=
Mr. Nickerson referred both to the plot plan which had been sub-
mitted and to a block plan showing lots in the vicinity of that in ques-

trucks.

you build a garage and apply again.

around the yard and its appearance had been improved.
Mr. Nickerson asked about all the old parts of trucks and equipment
out in the back.
Mr. Mahoney replied that those parts were useful in case some of

Mr. Nickerson asked how Mr. Mahoney's business was different now than
when previous petition was denied.

Mahoney -2-
Mr. Nickerson said, but it is the same as before. You are run-
ning a service business and it is a good one but the neighbors objected.
There were five vehicles there Sunday and the back yard is not attrac-
tive to look at How has the situation changed?
Mr. Mahoney answered that Mr. Trenhoim was not opposed, Mrs. Hall
was not opposed, they were abuttors on either side. In the rear, Mr.
Casey and Mr. Luongo, direct abuttors do not object and there was a list
of people in favor at my last hearing.
Mr. Nickerson - this is a new hearing and I can't accept people in
favor from a list submitted to a previous hearing.
Mrs. Hall stated that she had nothing against Mr. Mahoney running a
business.

to the Board.
Mr. Mahoney answered no, but the conditions had been improved.

read a letter of opposition signed by 38 people, another similar letter of
